Project description:
The main topics of the project were proposals for senior policy and innovative solutions to support social participation. The innovativeness of the project related primarily to solutions in the field of digital technologies used for telecare. The CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) system was used, which contained individual seniors cards, periodically supplemented by Teleassistants and Assistants. Thus, telecare was implemented as a new solution providing assistance to people in need in their place of residence.
The project also assumed measures to counteract the digital exclusion of seniors. Trainings in basic computer / smartphone and internet operation were organized. In addition, the participants received information on e-mobility, learned how to set up a trusted profile or an Individual Health Account, which allows i.a. to use an e-prescription.
